Inspected replacement truck, Tag#YA162013, VIN#1NDL50X7AJ263681, 1200 gallon capacity. The tank is structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. In regards to the lettering on both sides of this vehicle the correct info per the firm application was displayed – however only part of the firm name (Total) and the permit number (NCS-01525) were the required three inches in height. The observed violation is detailed on the front page of this report – corrective action is needed. 2. Discussed the required information that shall be maintained for the truck pumping log per the Rule requirements. Gave Mr. Scott an example log. Begin maintaining the requirement info for each septage pump job performed by this permitted firm. 3. The firm permit renewal process is underway at this time. Ensure that the info for this new vehicle is listed on the new application and that the vehicle that it is replacing (Tag#JZ5012) is dropped from the application. Mr. Scott needs to attend a 2021 continuing education class – please register asap for one of the remaining locations.
