FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Inspected a new vehicle. Tag#KR-5015, VIN#1HTMMAAL9CH148094, 1000 gallons. The tank is structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering was correct on both sides of this vehicle per info on the firm application. 2. Truck logs were not reviewed at this time but did discuss the required information (based on the septage activity for this business) that shall be maintained per the Rule requirements. Also discussed camper waste and how it fits the definition for “septage”. 3. Mr. Comer stated that he had attended a continuing education class this year. The firm permit renewal process is currently underway – ensure that the Tag & VIN# for this new vehicle is listed on the new firm application that is submitted. And that the info is removed for the older vehicle that it is replacing. 4. Thank you for your time.
