The inspection was conducted in Dillsboro, NC.

2. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 3. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 4. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements. 5. No leaks were observed.
