ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The facility only accepts yard waste from the Town of Seaboard. The waste was placed within one large windrow. Ms. Turner stated that the yard waste had not been processed in some time. She had spoken with a local company to coordinate efforts to process the wood waste. The local company would have a grinder at there facility around February 2022. Keep the Section posted as to when the processing can be completed. 2. The access road to and around the facility is being managed properly at this time. 3. The site is secured by a locking gate. Correct signage is posted at the entrance. 4. Several plastic bags were observed within the main windrow. Wood veneer products were identified in a stockpile to the south of the main windrow. Unacceptable wastes must be removed and disposed of at a permitted facility. 5. Digital photographs were taken during the inspection Please contact me if you have any questions.
