General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
The inspection was conducted at 134 Spring Wyatt Drive, Gastonia, Gaston County.
1. The following firm trucks was inspected: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) NC Tag Number Capacity (gallons)

2. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frames.
3. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports.
4. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements. 5. No leaks were observed.
