Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Please submit a few pages of the logs for review. Field 2 was put back into use in August. 2. This office has not yet received a copy of the soil sampling as requested earlier this year. Please submit a copy of the soil report. 3. Gave Mr. Jones a copy of a new site map created from the GPS data taken on the new field 3. Mr. Jones attended the continuing education class in Greensboro this week. 4. Additional tree plantings should be done on all the fields (under the guidance of Forestry) to fill in gap areas among the tree spacing in various locations. Understory control needs to continue to all the fields. 5. Field markers appear accurate. It appears that approved setbacks are being met but were not measured at this time. 6. No apparent sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. No odors noted. 7. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
