Summary: A portion of one building adjacent to S. Trenton St. appears to have a sidewall
with 1-2 ft of soil contact (photograph 4). Unable to access interior of site or building;
however, floor level is lower than adjacent sidewalk.
Summary: Unable to access interior of site or buildings/warehouses, so limited chemical
storage inspection performed.

Site Inspection.

Photo 1: Main building entrance bordering Highway 74 on southwest corner of parcel.
No site work taking place at the time of the Site Inspection. Gates allowing access to
property locked, unable to acces interior of site or buildings. As noted in prior “exposed
soils” section, there was a large plastic covered soil pile on the northeast corner of the
parcel, south of W. Main Ave at the time of the Site Inspection.
