Hey Jackie,
In accordance with your April 20, 2020 letter regarding the Initial Sediment Boil Evaluation at the subject site, I am
providing the requested monthly update via this email.
9-20-21 Q3 2021 Cap Inspection Performed by ERM
No problems with the cap were found.
9-23-21 Extra Cap and Boil Inspection Performed
Due to a significant rainfall event occurring on 9-21-21 (2.39") and 9-22-21 (0.59"), the site was inspected on 9-23-
21. No signs of any activity related to the boil area were observed. No other problems were found.
10-14-21 BLE Supplier Paperwork Completed
We should have BLE set up as a supplier to work directly with BAT any day now. We already have a proposal from BLE to
perform the proposed work. As soon as we have final approval for BLE as a supplier to BAT, we will get them started on
the work.
10-20-21 and 10-21-21 Semiannual Sampling Performed by ERM
The boil area was also inspected. No signs of any activity related to the boil area were observed.
