IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Eastern side of mill building. New windows are being installed, and “basement” level
window openings are visible in photograph.
Site inspection performed so that BPMU would have a better idea of potential VI issues
when evaluating the revised VIMP once submitted. In addition, explained to CARDNO
personnel that I had reviewed DEQ's comments on the initial VIMP submitted, and hoped
that I could answer any questions they might have regarding the review, or any other
VIMS related questions during my time on the site. During the Site Inspection, went
through the basement and first floor levels of the former cotton mill, and through a
smaller unattached brick building on the southwest corner of the mill building parcel
(north of W. Main Ave.).
