Dear Mr. Deming:
On June 23, 2021, Ms. Amanda Thompson, inspected the above referenced facility and identified an area of
leachate impacted soils adjacent to a transfer trailer loading bay. The soil was removed, and soil samples were
collected. On September 28, 2021, after reviewing the analytical data from the soil samples, Ms. Christine Ritter,
Solid Waste Section Hydrogeologist, stated that no further action for the soils is required. Ms. Thompson
conducted a follow-up inspection on October 8, 2021. Duringthis inspection, it was determined that the leachate
impacted soils had been removed. A curb had also been installed to prevent leachate from coming in contact
with soil.
This letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Violation dated July 1, 2021 have been
satisfied and the violation(s) have been corrected. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If you have any
