On September 28, 2021, Ms. Amanda Thompson, representing the State of North Carolina, Division of Waste
Management Solid Waste Section (Section) conducted a follow-up inspection of the above referenced facility.
During this inspection, it was determined that the corrective actions identified in the October 20, 2020, Notice
of Violation had been completed.
