This is based on standards contained in 15A North Carolina Administrative Code 13B .0563(6)(a)(b)(c), which states that landfills that are currently permitted as demoli- tion landfills are required to comply with the following: (a) Only waste types as de- scribed in sub -item (3)(a) of this rule (land -clearing waste, inert debris, untreated wood, ::..- and yard trash) may be accepted for disposal. (b) Operations must be in compliance with l { ; 15A North Carolina Administrative Code 13B .0566. (c) Existing demolition landfills must comply with siting criteria requirements found in 15A North Carolina Administra- tive Code 13B .0564. The Transylvania County Demolition Landfill must immediately comply with 15A North Carolina Administrative Code 13B .0563(6)(a)(b)(c) as follows: (1) Ensure that the demolition landfill meets the siting criteria contained in 15A North Carolina Administrative Code 13B .0564. (2) Dispose of only land -clearing waste, inert debris, untreated wood, and yard waste at this facility. q (3) Operate in accordance with operation requirements specified in 15A North Carolina Administrative Code 13B .0566.
