Dear Mr. Racy & Finley Newbern,

On September 28, 2021, John College, representing the State of North Carolina, Division of Waste Management
Solid Waste Section (Section) inspected the above referenced facility. At the time of the inspection, Section staff
observed that, Permanent Edge of Waste Markers installed, all the waste has been placed back inside of the
footprint (<2 acres) of this Notified Land Clearing and Inert Debris Landfill (LCID) and covered, all waste has
been removed from the pond and saplings have been mowed down on the side slopes.

This letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Violation dated November 04, 2019 have
been satisfied and the violation(s) have been corrected. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If you
