ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Discussed that the two additional tanks (10,000 & 21,000 gallons) located within the concrete containment area
shall not be utilized until holes located in the back wall have been sealed, PE calculations regarding the
containment volume & dimensions have been provided and approval has been granted by the Division as per
Permit Condition 7. One of these tanks is still slightly tilted.
2. All the tanks appear structurally sound.
3. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills or leaks
were noted. No apparent vectors or odors.
4. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met.
5. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
6. The required 5 foot cleared radius (free of excess vegetation or debris) around the storage tanks shall be
maintained. Vegetation has been cleared from the unloading area up top and from around the side areas.
However, there is excess vegetation between some of the tanks and also inside the concrete containment area.
7. Thank you for your time.
