1. The facility is a notified land clearing and inert debris (LCID) landfill. The disposal area for the notified LCID
landfill shall remain under two (2) acres.
2. The facility is located on the same property as the Warren County Closed MSWLF (9301-MSWLF1982) and
Transfer Station (9302T-TRANSFER-1995). The property is secured by a locking gate when it is not open for
operation.
3. The facility accepts waste Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1600.
4. No unacceptable waste was observed within the concrete or vegetative debris.
5. The LCID area had been graded to shed surface water.
6. Cover soil has been staged at the top of the LCID. Mr. Brothers stated that a dozer would be used to compact the
waste and cover the waste with the stockpiled soil. Ensure that the vegetative waste is covered with soil
monthly or when the active area reaches one acre in size, whichever occurs first. The side slopes of the
waste should not exceed a 3:1 ratio.
7. Photographs were taken during the course of this inspection.
