Please find enclosed the following documents being submitted by Chemours pursuant to
paragraphs 1.b and 4.b of the Addendum to Consent Order Paragraph 12:
· Cape Fear River PFAS Mass Loading Assessment - Second Quarter 2020 Report (para.
1.b)
· Stormwater Treatment System Sampling Plan (para. 4.b)
These documents were prepared by Chemours’s consultant, Geosyntec Consultants of
NC, P.C.

As we have discussed with DEQ, Chemours is making this submission now on the
schedule set forth in the Addendum, even though the Addendum has not yet been entered by the
Court. Any future plans and commitments set forth in the submission are done so on the
assumption that the Addendum will be entered in its current form.
