Box 157 Thomasville, NC 27361 Dear Brandon Moore, October 23, 2020 On October 19th, 2020, KBS Earthworks, INC. performed an in -place abandonment of (1) 1,000- gallon underground fuel oil storage tank located at 407 S. Ridge Drive Kannapolis, NC, using the following method: Excavated soils to access tank. • Vacuumed all existing contents from within tank out. • Properly cleaned (presser washed) and vacuumed additional contents. • Filled tank in place using sand. • Backfilled area to grade. • Seeded and strawed all disturbed areas.
