Tag#59318-V, VIN# correct per the firm application. The tanks appear structurally sound on both vehicles & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of both vehicles per info on the firm application. 2. Reviewed the truck pumping logs. It appears that the required info is being maintained – however the town name needs to be recorded for each septage pump job along with the street address. 3. A new truck may be added in the future – contact this office to schedule an inspection at that time. 4. If you have not yet attended a 2021 continuing education class, please register for one of the remaining class locations to obtain the required 4 hours of firm training. 5. Thank you for your time.
