such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected vehicle Tag#YA142025, VIN# correct per the firm application.
The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted.
The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle per the info on the firm application.
2. Reviewed the truck pumping logs – it appears the required information is being maintained.
3. Mr. MacDonald stated that he would be attending a continuing education class this fall.
