ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected vehicle tag#YA50912, VIN# correct per the firm application.
The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted.
The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle per info on the firm application – however the town name
“Angier” is displayed on a slant & on the tank curve, which makes it appear that the required 3 inches in height
is borderline.
2. Reviewed the truck pumping log & discussed the required information to be maintained – begin showing
separate gallons for each pumping event (some lines show only a total amount for two pump jobs combined)
and also record the town name for each pumping event.
3. Mr. Holland stated that he had already attended a 2021 continuing education class.
4. Thank you for your time.
