HOW WAS THE FIRE REPORTED AND BY WHOM:
An employees brother noticed it, while driving by, and called us and the fire department.
LIST ACTIONS TAKEN:
Spread out hot spots and soaked them with our water truck.
WHAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE:
Green material to close to stumps excellerated by rain over the weekend.
DESCRIBE AREA, TYPE, AND AMOUNT OF WASTE INVOLVED:
Stump area, approximately 150 cubic yards
WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO PREVENT THIS FIRE:
Better seperation of material

Further seperation of green material over the weekends

ACTIONS TAKEN OR REQUIRED: KR contacted facility to discuss fire, as local tv station was reporting about event overnight. KR discussed with the
facility the need to maintain pile sizes at the site, as well as the need for site observation during reported lightning strikes and flash flooding events in the
