Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

1. One above ground 1,550-gallon plastic tank for a total capacity of 1,550 gallons for the storage of portable toilet waste.
2. A “No Trespassing” sign is required to be placed either at the entrance to the property or on (or near) the tank itself. The property is surrounded by a fence. 3. No septage odors were observed. 4. No vectors were observed. 5. The area around the tank was well maintained and allowed for inspection. 6. The access road was well maintained 7. No one other than the permittee or an employee of Royal Restrooms of the Carolinas may discharge septage at
