Condition:
Summary: N/A; Monitoring wells are present on-site, but were not observed during the
site inspection.
Previous sampling identified a risk to site occupants within Buildings 1 and 2. Buildings 1
and 2 were not in use at the time of the Site Inspection and were temporarily closed off
from other buildings within the warehouse. This was done by sealing former forklift
openings with drywall (photos 2 and 3), and keeping the pedestrian doors, and remaining
former forklift doors connecting Building 2 to Buildings 3 and 5 closed. Due to potential
fire or other emergencies, it was decided that these doors should not be locked. Air gaps
were visible around steel forklift doors, and below steel pedestrian doors connecting
north end of Building 1 to Building 5 and Building 2 to Building 3.

IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Ramp to forklift door between Building 5 and Building 2. Gaps around door were
visible during inspection. Tenant would like to remove door, install clear plastic strip curtains at
this location, and at forklift opening between Buildings 2 and 3.
Conducted site visit to evaluate eastern site building for sampling to accompany
occupancy of the building. The western site building/exterior of the Site was not included
in the inspection. As discussed previously, Buildings 1 and 2 (which had indoor air PCE
impacts above non-residential IASL's) were not in use at time of inspection. Process
piping has been removed between Buildings 1 and 2 with the exception of the sprinkler
system piping.
