such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected pump truck tag#YA85971, VIN# correct per the firm application.
2. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached.
3. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted.
4. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle per the info on the firm application.
5. Reviewed the truck pumping logs – it appears that the required info is being maintained.
6. Please register for a 2021 continuing education class location to obtain the required 4 hours of firm training.
