In accordance with the maintenance requirements and recommendations provided in the May 12,
2021 Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) Report, the following actions have been
completed:
• Constructed a well pad for monitoring well MW-17 (Photo 1)
• Corrected the well pad for monitoring well PW-13I (Photo 2)
• Cleaned the concrete cap for Pond 3 at the former Seaboard Chemical property to remove
vegetation, leaves, and pine needles (Photos 3 and 4)
