FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Inspected two vehicles Tag#JP8035, VIN# correct per the firm application. Tag#YA161939 (was previously tag#JP8047), VIN# correct per the firm application. The tanks on these two vehicles appeared structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on – a drip was noted on vehicle tag#JP8035 but no drips/leaks were noted on vehicle tag#YA161939. The lettering was correct on both sides of both vehicles per the info on the current firm application. However, some scattered decals (on both vehicles) were damaged and will need replaced in the future – still legible at this time. 2. Reviewed the truck pumping logs – it appears that the required information is being maintained. Mr. Bryant stated that he had already attended a 2021 continuing education class. 3.
