Dear Joe,
Attached are the results from the July 15, 2021, quarterly methane monitoring at the above -referenced facility for
your files. As shown on the attached Landfill Gas Monitoring Data Form, methane was detected in compliance
monitoring point LFG-2A above the lower explosive limit (LEL) during the third quarterly methane monitoring
event.
WI High Point Landfill, LLC will submit a Landfill Gas Remediation Plan to address the exceedance at LFG-2A by
July 25, 2021, as required in the regulations. Based on the close proximity of a surface water feature and the fact
that no structures are present in the area, no other actions are warranted at this time. This report should be
submitted to the regulatory agency by July 22, 2021, to meet the required regulatory notification deadline. If you
