Hey Jackie,
In accordance with your April 20, 2020 letter regarding the Initial Sediment Boil Evaluation at the subject site, I am
providing the requested monthly update via this email.
6-29-21 Planning for ELL Survey Work
Determined that ERM will not be able to get BLE scheduled to perform the ELL survey due to contract issues. Began
investigating other options to get BLE scheduled.
H1 2021 Groundwater monitoring report being finalized.
6-30-21 Q2 2021 Cap and Boil Inspection Performed
No signs of any activity related to the boil area were observed. The silt fencing was still in place. No other problems
were found.
7-6-21 Extra Cap and Boil Inspection Performed
Due to a significant rainfall event occurring on 7-1-21, the site was inspected On 7-6-21. No signs of any activity related
to the boil area were observed. Another tree had fallen across the access road. No other problems were found.
7-12-21 Planning for ELL Survey Work
RJRT plans to contact BLE directly and get the ELL survey scheduled as soon as possible.
