Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) Pumper vehicle(s) inspected: TRUCK LICENSE PLATE # VIN # TANK CAPACITY (gal) vacuum tanker AL-92623 1T9TA432781867409 5,450 2) The required lettering was on both sides of the tanker. All required lettering for the tanker was 3 inches or greater in height. 3) The tank on the pumper vehicle and the tankers were made of steel and properly affixed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1). 4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present on ports. 5) Access ports were properly sealed with lids that were closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3). 6) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a). 7) Tanker in compliance with the Septage Rules. Passenger side of tanker. Driver side of tanker. Firm name also on the metal railing above the firm name on the tanker and the permit # was on the metal railing below the town name.
