Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) Pumper vehicle(s) inspected: TRUCK LICENSE PLATE # VIN # TANK CAPACITY (gal) KR-4316 3HAMMMML2FL104465 2,000 2) The required information of Firm name, town name, phone #, and permit # was on both sides of the pumper vehicle. The Firm name was on the cab doors. Each letter of the required information was greater than three (3) inches in height. The lettering was distinguishable and not blocked from view. The lettering meets the requirements of Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b). See pictures below. 3) The tank is made of steel. The tank is affixed to the frame of the truck as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1). 4) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present on ports. 5) Access ports were closed and properly sealed as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3). 6) No leaks noticed as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a). 7) The pump truck complies with the Septage Rules.
