1 – Site has signage removed for close out 2 – Access road was passable for final inspection 3 – Permit shows field following tree line 4 – Septage discharges not apparent for some time 5 – Applications appear compliant 6 – Crops were not maintained at the time of inspection but was soil sampled for close out 7 – No objectionable odors noted 8 – Setbacks appear to be in compliance
