residence, and onto the Body Shop behind the residence. Debris site is just (N) of body shop in an open field.

each violation of the Solid Waste Statute or Regulations. If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS (List all noted last audit):

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. Met Danny Young on site. Mr. Young pointed out the general location of the debris site.
2. The limits of the LCID site are not readily discernable.
3. The site is flat and stable.
4. A review of Burke County GIS maps, indicates that the majority of the debris site may be +100-ft. from all
property lines and structures.
5. Based on this audit, it is recommended that this site be closed.
