Tag#KM8225, VIN#1FTNX20FXYEB24471, 300 gallons waste. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering high up on both sides of the tank is correct per the info on the firm application. This vehicle is in compliance at this time. 2. Inspected the other three vehicles on the last visit (3/19/21) and at that time discussed the required information that shall be maintained for the truck pumping log. 3. Ensure that the firm renewal application that is submitted at the end of this year lists the phone number that is displayed on the vehicles (910-944-5555).
