Burke County is in violation of 15A NCAC 13B. 0402 in that it failed to ensure that the transfer trailer

To correct this violation and be in compliance with 15,4 NCAC 13B .0402, Burke County must immediately
remove all debris and waste from the transfer trailer loading area (a.k.a. "receiving bay") and ensue that
transfer station is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
