LF had a recapping project in 2018 with some issues. 2. Amanda Thompson and David Powell walked some of the closed LF with Mr. McClary, Bladen County, to inspect its current state. 3. Facility has EOW markers in place. Good job. 4. Facility looks good currently, but more mowing could always be done more frequently. Most vegetation was grass and small weeds on top. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 3 of 3 5. Please continue to maintain the structure and mow/repair areas of concern when and if they arise. Periodically check EOW to ensure trees and shrubs don’t creep into EOW and for erosion rills. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report. ________________________________________ Phone: 910-433-3350 _ David Powell Environmental Senior Specialist Regional Representative Sent on: 6/11/2021 x Email Hand delivery US Mail Certified No. [ _] Copies: Andrew Hammonds, Eastern District Supervisor - Solid Waste Section Amanda Thompson, Environmental Senior Specialist - Solid Waste Section
