STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS (List all noted last audit):

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. There was no one on site.
2. The limits of the Treatment & Processing area is not readily discernable. The site is stable.
3. A review of Burke County GIS maps, indicates that the property is 1.94 acres.
4. Based on this audit, it is recommended that this site be closed.
