You are hereby advised that, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for
each violation of the Solid Waste Statute or Regulations. If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subject to enforcement
actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS (List all noted last audit):
None

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. The limits of the LCID site are not readily discernable. The area that Mr. Ray stated was the dump site, is
located just (NE) of his home, flat area of lawn. The site is stable.
2. A review of Burke County GIS maps, indicates that the parcel of land is 0.99-acres site and it is probable that
the waste area is less than 100-ft. from any property lines and on- site buildings.
3. Based on this audit, it is recommended that this site be closed.

2. Looking (NW) across Hildebran Mtn.
Ave. at the driveway & yard to the (E) of
the residence where the debris was buried.
