STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS:
Observed violations were noted on 01/07/2020 to Rule .0842(a)(7) for the ponding of septage on the field
and to Rule .0842(a)(12) for septage observed in a hole outside of the permitted boundary. No septage
observed to be ponded or outside of the permitted boundary today.
OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
NONE
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) The required signage was present along access roads.
2) Access road ok.
3) All markers appeared to be up.
4) No septage discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundary of the field. No evidence of septage in
the hole as noted on the previous inspection. Recommend filling in the hole.
5) No application issues noted. No ponding of septage, thick applications, or spot dumps noticed.
Applications appear to follow the nutrient management plan.
6) Fescue stand ok.
7) pH of septage not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed.
9) Setbacks appear to be as permitted.
10) Talked to Ollie about taking a soil sample of the field.
