If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. The limits of the LCID site are not readily discernable. The area that Ms. Hicks stated was the dump site, is located in the strip of woods that straddles the western property line. She also stated that no debris was ever buried. 2. Storm debris (trees, branches etc.), that was generated from on site, were placed in this strip of woods approximately 15 years ago. 3.
