FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 3 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The gate was wide open, not locked, as it is supposed to be without an attendant on duty. 2. There are still no Edge of Waste markers to show the extent of the waste boundaries and the under two acre area for waste. This has been commented on in the last several reports. This must be completed within two weeks. 3. There was some unacceptable waste in with the debris, but it is really much better than it has been. Remove all unacceptable waste. 4. There are areas of ponding water. The site must be graded to prevent ponding water and the possibility of waste in water. 5. The bin for the street sweeper is set up. Insure that the street sweeper is unloading in the bin. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
