E. Yadkinville, NC 27055 Closure of Land Clearing and Inert Debris Landfill To Whom It May Concern: My property recorded in Book: 291 And Page: 341, in Yadkin County, North Carolina is no longer a land clearing landfill. The areas that were being considered as a landfill were actually holes that I filled with stumps and dirt in order to make my land more usable. On or about March, 2000, these holes were covered with dirt and grass. I mow these areas at least 3 times a year, and currently store salvaged vehicles on them. The salvaged vehicles are drained of all liquids, before being placed on my yard. The adjacent land owner on the lower side of my salvage yard has nothing but clear water running off of my property onto his property. I have a stormwater permit for my property that is renewed annually, checked periodically, and the water is tested every 5 years. I will properly maintain my land as long as I own it, because I cannot afford to do otherwise.
