Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. This facility consists of three 1,550-gallon above ground plastic tanks for a total capacity of 4,650 gallons for the storage of portable toilet waste.

2. A ‘No Trespassing” sign was placed on one of the tanks. 3. No septage odors were observed beyond the immediate area of the tanks
4. No vectors were observed. 5. The area around the tanks were well maintained and allowed for inspection. 6. The access road is concrete.
7. No one other than the permittee or an employee of B-Line Portable Restroom Rentals, Inc. may discharge septage at this detention facility.
