ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The facility was purchased by Mr. Barnes in December 2013. Mr. Barnes stated that the landfills have not been
used since he purchased the property.
2. Both LCIDs were entirely covered with mature trees and grasses; therefore, proper cover could not be determined.
3. Two small piles of uncovered concrete waste were observed to the east of the second (southern) LCID recordation.
The uncovered concrete waste should either be removed and disposed of, covered with soil or crushed and utilized
within farm roads.
4. Recommend for the facility to be closed.
5. Photographs were taking during this inspection.
Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
