The site had an all-weather road that was accessible. 2. New signage Appropriate signage was displayed at the site The disposal area boundaries were marked based on the permit on eastern the side of the field; however more markers are needed to more accurately delineate the boundary. The road surrounding the rest of the field served at the boundary marker. Appropriate buffers were being maintained, however there was evidence of a small amount of septage in the buffer area. Care must be taken to make sure that no septage is allowed to drift into the buffer area. 4. All septage discharges appear to have been made within the disposal area boundary. 5. There is no evidence of standing liquid or pooled waste. A well maintained cover crop was observed on the site. The waste appeared to be evenly distributed throughout the field. 6. On objectionable odors were observed. 7. The records appeared accurate and up to date. 8. The cover crop appeared to have several dead areas. It is advisable that an appropriate winter cover crop be seeded. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
