AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
Facility is a notified Treatment & Processing site. Updated notification form for the 2009-2010 term have
been submitted to the Section.
2. Weather conditions were wet/overcast during audit. Surface water appeared to be diverted from the
operational, processing, and storage areas
3. No unacceptable waste streams were noted. Site processes limbs, stumps, vegetative brush for grinding.
Last grind occurred 3/09 (grinding occurs approximately twice a year).

4. Site was well maintained and controlled. Adequate access was provided for fire fighting equipment
between windrows and the access roads were in good condition.
