AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. This is a Notified Treatment & Processing (T & P) facility located adjacent to Hwy 64 in the DOT right-of-
way. The Land Clearing & Inert Debris (LCID) material is generated from routine maintenance by the NC
DOT.
2. Only a small amount of LCID material was on site, it appears that much of the LCID had been ground. No
banned waste was observed on the site.

3. No other equipment or material was located at the site.
3. It appears that the siting criteria for the facility has been met.
4. The site is located on a very level area, no erosion was noted. No standing water was located at the site.
