AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. All photos were taken by Troy Harrison on January 19, 2011.
2. This is a Notified Treatment & Processing (T & P) facility located adjacent to Hwy 64 in the DOT right-of-
way. The Land Clearing & Inert Debris (LCID) material is generated from routine maintenance by the NC
DOT. The next notification is due by June 30, 2011.

3. Grinding was in progress. Approximately 1/3 of the LCID material was on site was had been ground that day.
No banned waste was observed on site. The site is located on a very level area. The waste was not located in a
flood plain. No erosion was observed.

4. It appears that the siting criteria for the facility had been met.
