For the violation(s) noted here, you may be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS: NONE FACILITY COMPLIANCE AUDIT REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS: 1. Directions to site: Exit I-26 to Hwy 25 South toward Zirconia. Exit #3 off Hwy 25, take right on Green River Road (CR 1106) and travel approximately 6 miles. Facility is on left site of road. 2. Site appeared to meet buffer requirements. A creek runs along the West side of the facility — materials were —50 feet from the surface water as required. Please ensure that materials are not placed within this buffer zone. Additionally, materials should be maintained at a distance of 50-feet to all property lines, including Green River Road. No unacceptable waste was noted in the mulch piles on site. Material was placed in windrows and appeared to have adequate access (fire control). No standing water was noted on site. Less than 6000 yds3 present at time of inspection. 4. Please continue to maintain operational requirements as outlined in your Notification form.
