AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. On site for audit on 02/09/11. Weather was overcast, mid-30's, recent rains.
2. Only ground material/mulch was located at the facility at the time of the inspection. No unacceptable waste
streams were noted in the mulch piles. However, a load of what appeared to be vegetable culls had been
deposited next to one windrow (see below).

This type of vegetative material is not permitted for this type of notified site. Please ensure that this material is
disposed of in accordance with Solid Waste Rules.
3. Mulched materials were arranged in windrows. No standing water was noted at the site.
4. It appeared as though the facility met setback and buffer requirements of the Section.
5. Please continue to maintain a clean waste stream (no plastic or other unacceptable materials) and to maintain
your set -back and operational requirements.
