AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. On site for audit on 02/09/11. Weather was overcast, mid-30's, recent rains.
2. Access was controlled/Facility entrance was gated/locked.
3. Based on initial site inspection it appeared as though the facility met setback and buffer requirements of the
Section. Flood plain maps indicated no potential flood issues at this site.
4. Material is staged on the interior of the parcel. No issues noted with buffer requirements.

Directions: West from Canton on Hwy 19/23 (Carolina Blvd), pass Harkins Cove Road on right, Goodwin
Road on left — facility drive on left side of highway.
Facility has submitted to be classified as a Temporary Disaster Debris Site (TDDSS).
Please continue to maintain a clean waste stream (no plastic or other unacceptable materials) and to maintain
your set -back and operational requirements.
